Your 2026 Angus Escape: What's New at Foresterseat

Your 2026 Angus Escape: What's New at Foresterseat

There's something special about the start of a new year. Fresh plans, new adventures, and - if you're anything like me - a growing list of places you want to escape to.

2025 was a brilliant year at Foresterseat. We were named Best Adult Only Site in Scotland and achieved Superhost status on Airbnb. But we're not resting on our laurels. Here's what's new for 2026.

A Fresh New Look

You might have noticed something different about us.

After much deliberation, we've unveiled new branding for Foresterseat. It felt like the right time. Since becoming an adults-only park in April 2025, we've evolved - and we wanted our look to reflect who we've become.

The branding is new, but everything you love stays the same. The peaceful Angus countryside. The cosy shepherd huts. The warm welcome. That feeling of genuine escape you can't quite get anywhere else.

2026 Offers Worth Planning Around

I know many of you like to plan ahead, so here's what we've put together for 2026:

Early Bird 2026 - Save 20%

Book any 2026 stay before 1st March and save 20%. Just use code EARLYBIRD20 when you book. Whether you're eyeing up a summer glamping break or an autumn escape, now's the time to secure your dates.

Midweek Magic - Save 15%

Sunday to Thursday stays of 2+ nights qualify for 15% off. Midweek is when the park is at its most peaceful - perfect if you're seeking proper rest.

Long Stay Reward - Save 10%

Staying 14+ nights on a pitch or 5+ nights in a hut? You'll automatically get 10% off. Sometimes the best escapes aren't rushed.

What Makes Foresterseat Special

For those who haven't visited yet, here's what you'll find.

We're an adults-only holiday park in the heart of Angus, about two miles from Forfar and thirty minutes from Dundee. We have four luxury shepherd huts - AIRLIE, LAIRD, WALLIS, and STRATHMORE - each with their own character, plus touring pitches and camping for those who prefer life on wheels or under canvas.

What sets us apart is the peace. When we say adults-only, we mean it. No early morning wake-up calls from the pitch next door. No queuing for facilities. Just the Angus countryside, the occasional red squirrel, and proper quiet.

Sinclair's Kitchen is right on-site for those who don't fancy cooking - their Steak Thursdays, Fish Fridays, and Sunday roasts have quite the following. Visit sinclairskitchen.co.uk or call them on 01307 818 080 to book - please note, book directly with Sinclair's Kitchen, not through Foresterseat. And Murton Nature Reserve is just a 10-minute walk away if you fancy spotting wildlife or enjoying their lovely tearoom.

Events to Plan Around

2026 is shaping up to be a brilliant year for Angus events. We're perfectly placed for the Strathmore Highland Games at Glamis Castle, the Discovery Festival in Dundee, Glamis Proms, and countless other festivals and gatherings throughout the season.

I'll be sharing more about specific events as the year unfolds - watch this space.

Book Your 2026 Escape

We open on 27th March - just in time for spring. Whether you've stayed with us before or you're planning your first visit, we'd love to welcome you this year.

Remember - book before 1st March with code EARLYBIRD20 to save 20% on any 2026 stay.

You can book directly at foresterseat.co.uk or use our online enquiry form.

Here's to an unforgettable 2026.
